Laura Bailey launched Bailey & Casey Real Estate (now Bailey & Heisey Real Estate) with her late husband, Len Bailey, in 1992. They wanted to create a "small by design" firm that is defined by the quality of service, attention to detail and personal service. Laura has decades of experience practicing real estate in the Greater Eugene area. As a former educator, she also values education and holds many designations. Less than 1% of real estate agents nationwide have Laura's qualifications.
Over the years, Laura has seen the market highs and lows. Her background and experience allows her to think strategically and provide advice so that her clients reach their goals regardless of the current market condition. She is a trained negotiator and problem solver, and she walks her clients around the pitfalls of real estate helping them avoid the bumps in the road.
Laura sells all types of homes. Every property is unique and every person is also unique. Everyone deserves to have a real estate experience that is rewarding, fruitful and as stress free as possible. She loves meeting new and interesting folks, and through the years many of her clients have become good friends.
Laura loves Eugene and feels that it is important to give back to a community. She volunteers her time and resources at many of the organizations that make this town so very livable.
